Booking Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £400 is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. A further deposit of £250 will be required at the time the balance is due and will be held against damages caused during your stay. This will be returned within 2 weeks providing there are no damage or breakages.

• Transfers to and from Dalaman airport are not included in the price but can be arranged. Please enquire at the time of booking.
• Flights are not included in the price of the villa
• The swimming pool will be maintained on a daily basis
• Beach towels are not provided
• Check in time is from 4pm. Check out time 12 noon
• Suitable for families and children (not very small children)
• Not suitable for the elderly with walking difficulties
• Not suitable for the infirm
• No pets
• Villa Watercolours has a no smoking policy.

British passport holders require a visa for entry into Turkey at a cost of £10 per person. Change is not given so ensure you have the correct amount (notes only). Other nationals please check with the Turkish consulate telephone 09068 347 348 alternatively visit www.turkishconsulate.com.

• Electricity, gas and water
• Maintenance of pool
• Linen change and maid service once a week
• Welcome Pack on your arrival consisting of red and white wine, soft drinks,bread,milk,cheese,butter,crisps, eggs and mosquito spray.
